Terms and conditions of sale
Terms of Delivery
All deliveries are free from our warehouse. If otherwise agreed, a delivery fee will be charged according to current rates. For requested deliveries with a net invoice value of less than SEK 1000, a dispatch and handling fee will be charged if otherwise agreed.
Offers and acceptance
A binding agreement for delivery will only arise after a written order confirmation has been issued by Industriprodukter i Örebro AB. If our order confirmation deviates from the buyer's order through additions, limitations, or reservations, and the buyer does not wish to accept these changes, the buyer must notify Industriprodukter i Örebro AB thereof in writing within ten (10) days to avoid being bound by the order confirmation.
Delivery time
In-stock items are delivered immediately unless otherwise agreed. Backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible.
Complaint
Claims regarding delivered goods must be made without delay and no later than 10 working days from receipt. Damaged or lost goods must be reported to the transport company.
Return
Goods can only be returned to us after special agreement. The customer is responsible for transport to our warehouse, while we are responsible for the return transport to the customer. When returning, the invoice number and date must always be stated. Approved returns will be credited with 80% of the item's price, unless otherwise agreed.
If a product exhibits defects or inaccuracies, it will be replaced with a new one.
Industriprodukter i Örebro AB cannot be held responsible for any consequential costs of a defective or faulty product.
Payment
Payment is made COD or upon delivery. Credit is extended only by agreement. For payments after the due date, late payment interest will be charged until full payment has been received. Shipping/invoicing fees and reminder fees may apply.
Prices
Noted prices are valid until further notice. In the event of changes in the market and cost situation, as well as currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust prices. Prices exclude value-added tax.
New price lists are sent out regularly.
Other
Otherwise, refer to the General Delivery Terms for Rubber Products, adopted by the Swedish Rubber Industry Federation in April 1978.
