Terms of Delivery
All deliveries are made ex warehouse. Unless otherwise agreed, a delivery fee will be charged according to the applicable rate. For requested deliveries with a net invoice value below SEK 1,000, a handling and processing fee will be charged unless otherwise agreed.
Quotations and Acceptance
A binding agreement for delivery is only established once a written order confirmation has been issued by Industriprodukter i Örebro AB. If our order confirmation differs from the buyer’s order through additions, limitations, or reservations, and the buyer does not accept these changes, the buyer must notify Industriprodukter i Örebro AB in writing within ten (10) days in order not to be bound by the confirmation.
Delivery Time
Stock items are delivered immediately unless otherwise agreed. Backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible.
Claims
Claims regarding delivered goods must be made without delay and no later than 10 business days after receipt. Damaged or lost goods must be reported to the transport company.
Returns
Products may only be returned after a specific agreement. The customer is responsible for transport to our warehouse, while we cover the return transport to the customer. The invoice number and date must always be provided with the return. Approved returns will be credited at 80% of the product price unless otherwise agreed.
If a product is defective or incorrect, it will be replaced with a new one.
Industriprodukter i Örebro AB cannot be held liable for any consequential costs resulting from a defective or incorrect product.
Payment
Payment is made via cash on delivery or post-collection. Credit is only granted upon agreement. In case of late payment, interest on arrears will be charged until full payment has been received. Handling/invoicing fees and reminder fees may apply.
Prices
Listed prices are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in market or cost conditions, as well as currency fluctuations. Prices are excluding VAT.
New price lists are sent out regularly.
Other Terms
Unless otherwise stated, the General Delivery Terms for Rubber Products, adopted by the Swedish Rubber Industry Association in April 1978, apply.
